La Reina del Carajillo

Janet’s grandmother’s nickname, and the name of her grandparent’s bakery and bread shop (before it was stolen from them by Cuba’s communist regime).
Ingredients
2 oz, La Marielita Rum
1 oz, Luxumus liqueur
1/4 oz, Cuban Coffee
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
3 dashes of Chocolate Bitters
Instructions
In a shaker with crushed ice, pour all ingredients and shake vigorously. Chill a glass (coupe/ martini), and pour. If desired, add foam and burnt sugar. Garnish with orange peel and coffee dust.
