Flor de Lola
“Lola” was the name of a small doll that the monsters dressed in olive green took from Janet right before she boarded Little Micky I.
Ingredients
2 oz, La Marielita Rum
1 oz (or 3/4 oz), Elderflower
1/4 oz, Chile Syrup (preferably Three Chile Syrup or Ancho Reyes)
Crushed Basil Leaves
Egg whites for Foam (or Foamer, if desired)
Basil Leaf and any other flower for garnish (i.e. Hibiscus, Lavender, etc.)
Instructions
Place ingredients into a Shaker with ice, then shake vigorously.
Pour into a Coupe or Martini Glass.
Add the Basil Leaf and desired flower as garnish.
